HUMANITARIAN EDUCATION

As we begin to navigate and create a new normal that includes social distancing and social awareness in every space, our kids need their voices to be included in the creation of our future. The Visual and Performing Arts, Innovation, and the Library Sciences are working together to support a blend of synchronous and asynchronous agency and engagement-based education for our LS, MS, and US communities. LJCDS has an amazing resource of creative and optimistic artists, designers, thought-leaders, and visionaries who will cultivate a better world for all to find peace, joy, and fulfillment on this amazing planet of ours. The mission and vision at LJCDS highlights social responsibility as well as communication as a means to create transformational change. We aim to support youth as they elevate their consciousness through inquiry, networking,  and social-emotional mindfulness.
